Massive Magazine

For this cover of Massive Magazine, I was given a brief that asked me to reference the city of Auckland. I decided to research popular landscapes and hidden gems of the city and add my own quirky twist by creating an exaggerated juxtaposition and collage all these elements tightly together. I also exaggerated sizing of specific objects to add a whimsical atmosphere.

This is a selection of ink/digital illustrations for Massive Magazine publication.

The cat illustration is an advertisement wanting to hire creatives for the magazine.

This is an illustration supporting the article 'Mum's the Word', which was based on how a mother who has to study copes. I  created a Kali (Hindu Goddess) - like a character who consumed herself in lots of activities at once.
The following illustration is an advertisement wanting to hire creatives for the magazine.

This was a piece created for an article about how people become addicted to success.
